We use the best practices and some of the best techniques in the seed and grain handling industry, achieving the highest quality processing.
Each seed is unique and needs its own specific treatment, depending on the agronomic characteristics of the field, climatic factors and expert decisions made before and after planting the seed. No year is the same as the last and we know that you need to adapt to the changing environment.
TRADING
The technologies we use meet international standards for certified seed, ensuring improved seed coverage and the most uniform distribution of treatment materials on the seed, through the use of an extremely precise electronic chemical dosing system. The result is homogeneous coated seeds that retain their germination and have improved growth ability.
An extremely important part of the whole process is that by optimising the consumption of chemical agents through zero-waste technology, we are able to save our customers money and at the same time reduce their environmental impact.
SERVICES
Cleaning
Coarse and fine cleaning of seeds and grains through different types and configurations of sieves. Through strong suction built into the sieves, lighter impurities and dust are removed from the seed surface, which is key in preparing the seed for treatment. We have a large number of sieves and are able to clean any type of seed.
Gravitational cleaning
A process in which seeds and impurities identical in size but different in weight are separated. For even more precise cleaning after fine blanking.
Calibration
High-tech line for simultaneous separation of seed and grain into 4 different sizes.
Colour sorting
The latest seed and grain cleaning technology providing the highest possible cleanliness. It is able to identify and sort the smallest differences in colour and shade, removing impurities of similar size and density.
Drying
We have six independent dryers with electronic temperature control. Drying is carried out by a constant flow of high pressure warm air passing through the drying cells. Temperature control is carried out every 0.5°, allowing different crops to be dried without the risk of damage and loss of properties.
Packaging
Several packaging lines from 5 to 1000 kg., including robotic pallet stacking and stretch film placement.
Laboratory control
Before starting each process, the necessary laboratory analyses are performed to ensure the optimal option for the customer. Throughout the cleaning, sorting and treatment process, analyses are performed to ensure the quality of the service from start to finish.
